The 5OS Project 2014 Sagrantino
The colour is a touch developed but after a whiff it’s the last thing on my mind. Field herbs, almond nougat and some dried fruits are packed so tightly into a tense middle palate it’s bordering on salivating. I remember this a couple of years ago and it almost lead you to the dentist to put the enamel back on your teeth the acid was so prominent, and whilst not entirely off the table now it’s well in check and a key component to a very promising debut.
