About The 5OS Project

This is essentially our ‘Home Brand’. We make these wines ourselves and farm out others to mates, with the intention to create a range of wines that have heaps of drinkability but not at the expense of varietal, regional and vintage characteristics. They should also look the part, embracing the talent of the respective artists whilst encouraging them to find their own beat.

The 5OS Project Pinot Noir 2019

Our winery is awesomely set up for Pinot, 2t opens with great cooling and a bevy of willing office workers to plunge, which we’d do a few times a day. This probably had some whole bunches thrown in the bottom by someone without kids also, more a dyed in the wool script. 777 Clone from K1 got the nod this year, approx.10 months in oak, which if Jess had anything to do with it, would have the best in the cellar. Steve Grimley, Winemaker & Proprietor
