Colour: Deep, bright, intense red
Nose: At first a touch stinky which makes it feel properly bio-dynamic, this blows off fairly quickly and opens up to bright red fruits with huge lift, strawberry, blackberry. It carries it an incredible youthfulness in its aroma.
Palate: Youthful, young, red, sweet, juicy… Medium bodied with incredible intensity of fresh fruit, well weighted tannins that hold structure without dominating, a delicious and fun drinking wine!
Vineyard: Battle of Bosworth Vineyard Picking date: Early March 2019 Winemaking: Fruit treated organic and bio-dynamic in the vineyard with no addition of sulphur at any time during the winemaking process. Crushed and then fermented between 23-26°C. Kept in stainless steel with no contact with oxygen to preserve the vibrant fruit aromas. Bottled young to capture the essence and purity of the fruit.
