Nose: dried herb, bramble, cedar, cola, smoke and earth with enticing hints of spice.
Palate: rich and forthcoming. Offering an abundance of black cherry, bramble, herbs, cedar and smoke with enticing hints of five spice. The tannins are soft and juicy. A terrific red that offers enjoyment right now.
Tempranillo, Cabernet and Petit Verdot all fermented individually on skins for 10 days and blended prior to bottling. The finished blend spent 14 months in old French Hogsheads. (14%ABV)
