The 5OS Project 2016 Tempranillo Blend
Colour: Medium garnet. Nose: Enticing dried herb, bramble, cedar, cola, smoke and earth with enticing hints of spice. Palate: Rich and forthcoming. Offering an abundance of black cherry, bramble, herbs, cedar and smoke with enticing hints of five spice. The tannins are soft and juicy. A terrific red that offers enjoyment right now.
Vineyard: Multiple sites around the region. Winemaking: Tempranillo, Cabernet and Petit Verdot all fermented individually on skins for 10 days and blended prior to bottling. The finished blend spent 14 months in old French Hogsheads. Vegan friendly.(14%ABV)
