The 5OS Project 2016 Riesling
Grown by Ben and Jill Radford in their old vine, Biodynamic Vineyard in Eden Valley. Juiced buy Ben in the Barossa before being fermented in 500Lt oak barrels at our winery in McLaren Vale. Pungent, low yielding aromatics give away its origin, the mid palate is almost viscous with its incredible texture and power before the tight, vivacious acid brings it all back into line. Will certainly get you thinking.
