Colour: Medium garnet. Nose: Hints of red and black berries before the secondary aromas take over. Good oakiness and earthy characters throughout. Palate: This classy amalgamation shows what can be achieved on the blending table. Each component part was a top wine to begin with, but then our team set about creating a wine that was greater than the sum of it's parts. Richly robed Tempranillo ironed out by bright Sangiovese, before dollops of Touriga, Shiraz and Malbec (plus more) add structure, balance, weight and fruit. Drinking so well now. Food is a must.

Vineyard: 9 varieties make up this wine... that's almost too many vineyards to talk about! Winemaking: There's a fair bit to this blend... The dominant grape is Tempranillo, supported by a good dose of Sangiovese, a dollop of top-class Touriga, sprinkling of Shiraz and Malbec, before just a dash of Montepulciano, Chenin Blanc and Nero D'Avola.
