About Soaring Kite

Established in 2005, Soaring Kite is the Adelaide Hills project from the young crew at Loom Wine. Mainly allured by Chardonnay and Pinot, on the odd occasion they’ve also been tempted to open up a fermenter or two for some Shiraz…much to the wonderment of their winemaking colleagues.

Aromatics: Spice, herbs and a touch of oak.
Palate: Bright and lovely ripe raspberry, blackberry and plum with tingling tannins.
Finish: Pleasant warming finish
Cellaring: Best before 2028

Could drink a little or a lot of this. Feels nice in my mouth…

A little pepper on the tongue, a little heat up the nose, a perfect red for a winter night. It warms the spirit and the toes.
